  They are a disgrace of a motorcycle garage. When it comes to your motorcycle, something you worked all your life to purchase one, but something goes wrong therefore you decide to take it to what you are lead to believe is a reputable local garage to fix it yet they break even more. Their motto is “We can fix anything on two wheels!” - let me tell you that they cannot.
  
  They had my friends motorcycle in there for nearly 6 months and they couldn’t fix it and that apparently it needed an engine replacement. They couldn’t find an engine replacement, yet I managed to find and buy one privately from eBay. Then when we phoned them up chasing for an update numerous of times, still nothing and that they couldnt get an engine so my friend told them to stop any work (I can promise by the look of things when we collected they had done no work for a while) and that we were coming to collect the bike and get it sorted elsewhere.
  
  When I turned up with my friend to get his bike OMG, what a state the bike was in. I have never seen such a vehicle being treated and left the way I saw the bike when we turned up. Everything was everywhere!!! My friend paid them £500 to work on the bike, diagnose the problem and get it to a stage to begin prep work for an engine swap, instead, they stole £500 of my friend to brake his bike. They have torn the engine apart, mechanical pieces all over the gravel flooring outside the garage didnt put the engine back to its original state all securely when the bike was dropped, all random screws and bolts were left wrapped in tape inside a cup. The engine spark plugs mixed together with other bolts inside a bag full of engine oil. The chain was cut in half, they striped the entire bike to get to the engine, and then didnt bother putting anything back together when we told them we wanted to collect it as we found an engine. We turned up to pick everything up, but when we got there the engine, tank and chain were missing. Eric (the mechanic) refused to give us the missing parts as he didnt have time. Which means I had to go back for those parts the next day. When I turned up as per agreed they still werent ready. I managed to get the tank into my car while doing so, Eric (the mechanic) drags the engine by the timing chain from inside his garage across concrete flooring into the gravel and just throws the engine on top of the other parts that he already threw on the floor. I had to forcibly tell him to stop and get in his way so I wouldnt let him keep throwing my friends motorcycle parts on the floor and when I told him to stop, he said: "It doesnt matter, the engine is f*cked. Its burnt and you wont be needing". I told him "Thats not up to you to decide that. You just simply cant treat other peoples things like that. Its not yours". He replied, "I dont give a f*ck about what you think".
  
  Remember, he paid £500 for this, for this level of service on his pride a joy. Instead of taking the bike to a more known garage like P&H he adopted to take his pride and joy to a small-time garage and give them an opportunity and give something to the motorcycle industry instead he got his situation handle like this.
  
  In no stage in my entire life, with all of the vehicles I have owned have ever since this kind of level. Its up to you guys, as some of you may see this as bullsh*t but I wont be going back to them ever again and to every motorcycle show I attend during 2020 I will be sharing my experience with Adrenaline Motorcycles. To the owner, you should be a shame for owning a business like this. Im sorry, I know this may seem unfair, but with this level of attitude and organisation with someone elses pride and joy that you be made honoured to fix yet you brake even more, just not acceptable.
